  26.     I suspect the reason my provider does not want to install kermit
  27. is pretty simple.  They are a small provider and don't have enough
  28. administrators.  My suspicion is that the owner is the one and only
  29. administrator.   He can barely keep a head of the work.  If enough people
  30. use it I think  I can convince him to install it.   If a log file is not
  31. workable perhaps I can find another solution.  Maybe I could add a brief 
  32. message to be displayed when the program is run asking the user to also
  33. request the program.
